Accelerating implementation of the WHO global alcohol action plan 2022-2030 in the Western Pacific Region

Overview

At the seventy-sixth session of the WHO Regional Committee for the Western Pacific in 2025, Member States endorsed Accelerating implementation of the Global alcohol action plan 2022-2030 in the Western Pacific Region. Grounded in the SAFER technical package, the plan provides a structured yet flexible Implementation Road Map to help countries and areas achieve global alcohol reduction targets, improve population health and advance sustainable development.
